The LITTLE BIRŠTONAS SUMMER ARTS ACADEMY 2017
July 28 – 30, 2017
For three days, the master classes will be given for chamber ensembles, singers, piano, violin, cello, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, and French horn players.
The varied program will include:
- public speaking and stage presence lectures,
- concerts given by Birštonas Summer Arts Academy lecturers and participants,
- a series of workshops,
- rehearsals,
- discussions, and informal meetings.
The LITTLE BIRŠTONAS SUMMER ARTS ACADEMY lecturers:
Kaskados piano trio
Albina Šikšniūtė (piano), prof. Rusnė Mataitytė (violin), prof. Edmundas Kulikauskas (cello)
New Sounds woodwind quintet
Paulius Gefenas (flute), prof. Robertas Beinaris (oboe, artistic director), Rimvydas Savickas (clarinet), Darius Stoskeliūnas (bassoon), Indrė Kuleševičienė (French horn)
How to apply:
Admission is open to a limited number of young musicians age 12 to 22, majoring in voice, piano, violin, cello, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, and French horn; chamber ensembles’ musicians.
The fee is €10 per day for chamber ensemble and €10 per day for soloist personal master classes.
The deadline for all application materials is July 1st, 2017.

All the participants and their teachers receive a certificate of participation.
Participants (both active and passive) should book their room and board independently.
